Who we are
PrimeStageAI is a service of Primeshot LLC ("we", "us"), a United States limited liability company. Your agreement is with Primeshot LLC. By making an account, using the practice rooms or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. You must have the authority to accept them, on your own behalf or for the organisation you represent.

What the service does
You speak, an on-screen audience reacts, and afterwards a coaching report scores things like pace, filler words and eye contact. It is practice software and feedback from a computer, not professional coaching, therapy, legal, medical or career advice, and we don't promise any particular result.
Your account
You must be 13 or older, and 18 or older to buy a plan. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and don't share one account with other people unless you're on a Team plan seat. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans, runs and payment
Every plan includes a set number of practice runs for the period shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year, on the same card, until you cancel. Unused runs don't roll over. Top-up packs are one-time purchases and don't expire. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. You keep your runs until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be billed again. See our refund policy.
Fair use
Don't resell or redistribute access, run the service through bots or scrapers, reverse engineer it, probe or interfere with its security, upload malware, upload anything unlawful, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or record other people without their permission. We can suspend or end an account for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
What we own, what you own
Primeshot LLC owns the website, the software, the rooms, the artwork and the PrimeStageAI name. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service on the plan you bought. You keep the rights to what you say and write; you give us permission to process it only to run your session and produce your report, and you confirm you have the right to use any content you bring in.
AI content
The audience questions, the crowd behaviour and the coaching report are generated by AI. They can be wrong, uneven or oddly worded, and they are not professional coaching, legal, medical, financial or career advice, check anything important yourself. Don't use the service to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexual content, to impersonate a real person, or to try to bypass its safety limits. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content and suspend accounts. If you believe something on the service infringes your rights, write to primeshot.llc@gmail.com and we'll look into it; repeat infringement ends an account.
Your recordings
Your microphone and camera feed are used during the run to generate your report. See the privacy policy for what's kept.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it up but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Primeshot LLC is registered.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version.
