Who is responsible
PrimeStageAI is run by Primeshot LLC (United States), which is the data controller for the personal information described here. Write to us at primeshot.llc@gmail.com about anything on this page.
Your microphone and camera
Your voice is recorded only while a run is live, and only after your browser asks your permission. When the run ends, the recording and up to three still frames are sent to our AI coach to be scored, then thrown away. We do not keep the audio, the video or the frames, and no person listens to or watches them.
What we do keep, and why
- Your email address and sign-in details, to create your account and let you back in (needed to provide the service you asked for).
- Each run's summary: room, audience, length, the written transcript and your coach report scores, so you can see your progress (part of the service).
- Your streak, XP and which plan you're on, to run your plan and count your runs.
- Anything you type into the feedback form, to improve the product (your choice to send).
- Basic technical records such as device type, approximate location from your IP address and error logs, to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and fix faults (our legitimate interest in a working, safe service).
Who else is involved
We share only what each company needs, and only so it can provide its service to us:
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and run history.
- Our AI provider, which scores your run and writes the audience questions.
- Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders, which handles checkout, subscription management, payments, invoices and sales tax. Paddle holds your card details; we never see your card number.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these companies process data in other countries, including inside and outside the United States, under contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Account details and run history stay while your account is open, and are deleted or anonymised within 30 days of you closing it or asking us to. Billing records are kept longer where tax law requires. Audio, video and still frames from a run are never stored.
Security
Your data is held on encrypted connections with access limited to the small number of people who need it, and each account can only reach its own records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to withdraw a permission you gave. Email primeshot.llc@gmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service isn't for children under 13. If a school or parent uses it with younger students, an adult should hold the account.
Your choices
You can practise without the camera, turn it off on the setup screen. You can ask us to delete your account and every saved run at any time through the feedback page, and we'll do it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in, remember your language and let checkout work. We don't use advertising trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in won't work without the essential ones.
