30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase from Primeshot LLC, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, monthly plans, yearly plans, Team plans, extra seats and top-up packs all included.

After 30 days

Cancel any time from your account page or your receipt email. You keep your runs until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be billed again. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway, we'd rather sort it out than keep the money.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Always refunded in full, no time limit. Just tell us.

How to ask

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request a refund at paddle.net or email us at primeshot.llc@gmail.com with the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card and usually land within 5 to 10 working days.
